We possess vast experience in the provision of mechanical drawings for different types of equipment, which we manufacture through associated workshops. We supply customized column tray designs as well as other internals for separators and reactors. eFEED® for New Plants or Revamps
eFEED® is our proprietary scope structure which minimizes offer dispersion for equipment supply, construction, and assembly and saves valuable time and money during the EPC phase. eFEED® includes the entire FEED scope as well as key Detailed Engineering tasks and definitions. This helps integrate process design with other disciplines such as civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering and control and instrumentation during the different phases of the project. Our eFEED® execution team starts from scratch and works together with the customer until the final design is achieved.
Process Units Revamps
We are revamp specialists. Our plant upgrade projects are carefully planned around maintenance and always take into account general shutdown requirements (timing, minimum duration, etc). At the same time, every process solution implemented is developed in-company and frequently standardized later on for future designs. Our revamp services include supplying equipment internals which do not need on-site welding to be assembled and providing reversible installations and startup of new equipment using sacrificial valves and carefully planned tie-ins.
Engineering Design integrated with other Stages of Project Execution
In order to reduce project length and achieve minimum plant shutdown time, our eFEED® strategy provides enough information to purchase LLIs (Long Lead Items), instruments, heat exchangers, and vessels during the early stages of the project, thus providing a looser project schedule and reducing the possibility of mistakes during the EPC stage.
